I graduate next week.
This chapter of my life is finally coming to an end. I’m finally escaping this system I’m stuck in. I’m finally escaping this town and all of the monotony I’ve been suffocating in. Of course, leaving my friends adds the bitterness to the sweetness of this change in atmosphere; but, I’ll keep in contact with the people who matter and everyone else I’ll simply replace. Such is life. I’m just ready to start my life in college. My life in Boone. I’m far too stoked for all of the changes I’ll undergo and all of the new people I’ll meet. I can already feel that there will be so many more people at Appalachian that relate to me and can feed off of my energy than back here in Gastonia. I’m so happy that I’m moving on. I’m so happy that I’m finally going to be where I know I belong. This is good. This change is very good.
